DTY TUBES

The texturing process demands a tube of consistent quality at competitive price with a higher Doff to reduce the cost of packaging. It is very important to produce ‘tubes’ of high Strength to closely controlled tolerances. The FIBRO commitment to quality enables us to supply economical DTY tubes to a wide range of specifications, with colour identification as required.

Apart from texturing tubes, we also manufacture tubes for specialized yarns like Tyre-Cord yarns, Zero twist yarn, CSY grade yarns, Dyed yarns etc. We manufacture tubes from 38mm Id until 94mm for this purpose. We provide both single and double side bending with different grooves, notches and slots as per requirements. At Fibro, Length, ID & OD, Endcaps & CS of each batch is strictly maintained under the agreed parameters.

FOILS & FILMS

For Foils & Films, we manufacture tubes with inner diameter of 19.4mm to 77mm having thickness upto 8mm. Fibro tubes are known for its perfect finishing and consistent supply.

Fibro provides cores to most leading foils manufacturers of India. Foil core require smooth finishing, clean and sharp brand printing, restricted moisture content and a strong supply capacity and we are glad our customers feel we cater all the above to them satisfactorily. It gives us pleasure to know our tubes are widely circulated in India and exported in bulk all over the world aswell.

We have the widest options of foil cores with IDs ranging from 19mm up until 77mm for different sizes of packaging. The Wall Thickness of these cores is upto 7mm with plain kraft, white and printed options available.

Fibro also caters to the bustling plastic industry in the neighboring Daman and Silvassa area. PVC films, LD & HM Liner bags, Shrink films and Kling Films are few of the other segments we cater to. These cores require high strength to sustain the high tension while winding, as well as the load of high doff of films while being transported all over.

PAPER STRAWS

It is estimated that from the 300 million tones of plastic produced every year, only 10% of it is recycled.

While, we can blame the governments, the industry or the consumers alike, we cant deny the fact that immediately cutting down on the consumption of plastic is of paramount importance.

Plastic straws make up for about 4% of the total plastic trash by pieces. Americans alone use 500 million straws daily. Multiply this by the rest of the world and then multiply it with the 50-60 years of plastic straw history and that’s a lot of plastic pollution contributed by plastic straws.

It takes around 400 years for the plastic straws to decompose.

At Fibro, We make paper straws made out of recycled kraft food grade paper. All these straws are fully consumable and totally bio degradable. We make paper straws of different sizes 6mm, 8mm, 9mm, and 10mm. We also have pre pack machines in house for individually packed straws.

We also have printing mechanism to make trendy and funky designs paper straws for different parties, festivities and occasions. So you can have fun while also reducing the carbon footprints.

Barcode-TTR Ribbons & Labels

Fibro tubes have accurate inner and outer diameter and have high crush strength; both qualities essential for this category of products.

This is one industry which has been completely dominated by Fibro cores. For Barcode and TTR, tubes have a very low tolerance limit with respect to every parameter. This is where the strict quality checks and quality input raw material policy of Fibro yields positive results.

BOPP TAPES, ELECTRIC TAPES AND STATIONARY

Bopp Tapes, self adhesive tapes and electric tapes require cores of high compression strength, sharp brand printing, timely delivery at very competitive prices.

We also provide tubes that are used as container packing apparatus for stationary items like pens, pencils, crayons etc. We also supply tubes in the mailing tubes industry.

The core specifications offered in this category are 25mm ID upto 77mmID with wall thickness up to 7mm. High crush strength and timely delivery are key virtues while serving this industry.

PEN/PAPER TUBES

We manufacture paper tubes which replaces the plastic components of the pens making it environmentally friendly. Pen Paper Tubes can be modified/printed as per your specifications.
